![]() I witnessed on 2 occasions the manner in which employees spoke to certain guests when reminding them of rules. I found that completely unnecessary because my volume was not loud, I didn’t play the video long, and I had long stopped the video when she approached us. In the cafeteria, I played a video shortly on my phone, and about a minute after I turned off the video, a staff member came from behind the counter to remind us not to use our phones on speaker phone. In one of those saunas, my friends and I had not been the only ones whispering/talking. We were never talking in full voice we were always whispering. Employees came into two different saunas to shoosh my friends and I in very public manners. ![]() My rating is 3 stars because of the way I experienced and witnessed employees reminding guests about spa rules. I also wish I saw more sanitizing happening. The elevators should be an option on all floors because people could slip and get seriously injured. I had socks, but the floors are usually wet, which also makes the stairs a hazard. I get the idea of being a barefoot environment however, I think the clients should be given shoes that are only worn inside the spa. I was uncomfortable walking around barefoot because I kept wondering about people’s foot hygiene. I visited SoJo for the first time to celebrate my birthday.
